Hi,

My name is Dom and I am a personal trainer. I help my clients lose weight, gain confidence, weight gain, look better, combat their medical condition and motivate them to achieve their ever desire fitness goals!

I started this profession as my passion and I used to be obese myself. Take a look around. Obesity or medical conditions are an epidemic. Many people of all ages are spending too much time in front of computers and televisions, and this increasingly sedentary lifestyle is taking a tremendous toll on your health. Fast food restaurants serve up calorie-dense meals and regular restaurants offer massive portion sizes.

I will help any individual who needs instruction and coaching in the areas of exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, supplementation, fitness assessment, exercise programming, sports conditioning, flexibility techniques, and more. More often I train with individuals one-on-one, but sometimes also do train couples.

My philosophy is to teach safe, creative and effective exercise techniques; I monitor, record, and evaluate progress; I make adjustments in your program as necessary; and I provide support and motivation to help you stick to the program and reach your goals. I, as a certified personal trainer may also serve you as a consultant when you are setting up training equipment in your homes or offices.
